Managing Roles

To manage Roles, click on System Administration, then click on Security view and Roles tab.

Viewing a Role permissions

  1. Select a role in the Roles grid.
  2. On the Actions ribbon, click on View Role.
  3. Examine the role permitions.

  1. Click on OK.

Adding a Role

Note

You can add, edit or remove roles only in Tenant Organizations, it cannot be done in System Organization.

  1. On the Actions ribbon, click on Add Role.
  2. In the Role dialog enter the following:

  • Name - the role name.
  • Description - any additional information about the template.
  1. Select one or more rights in the table.
  2. Click on OK.

Editing a Role

  1. Select a role in the Roles grid.
  2. On the Actions ribbon, click on Edit Role.
  3. Edit required settings.
  4. Click on OK.

Deleting a Role

  1. Select a role in the Roles grid.
  2. On the Actions ribbon, click on Delete Role.
  3. Click on OK.
